Question: How is my package shipped?

Answer:

All orders will be shipped Airmail airmail.

For an additional US$ 1.50 we can  ship by registered mail (signature required).

Express mail (EMS) is available on request
(estimated delivery time of 4-7 days).



Question: Are my products shipped discreetly?

Answer:

Yes, your package is shipped discreetly.
All products are shipped with registered airmail (signature required).
Packages are marked with "cosmetics", NO detailed description is marked on the package.
We use official packaging material from the postal service.



Question: What is the estimated delivery time?

Answer:

Estimated delivery time for Registered Airmail

US & Canada 10 - 20 days
Europe 7 - 15 days
Australia 7 - 10 days

 

Estimated delivery time for Express mail (EMS)

US & Canada 5 - 8 days
Europe 2 - 5 days
Australia 2 - 5 days


Question: I didn't receive my products, what now?

Answer:

Normally this doesn't happen but never say never. Sometimes there can be a small delay.
Please take a look at the table above, if you didn't receive your products within the estimated delivery time, email us with your name, address a and payment details.
We will do everything to locate it and also provide you with a Registration and/or tracing number.
 



Question: Is there a money back guarantee?

Answer:

Yes, you can return all unused and unopened  products within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund (less shipping). Product(s) must be shipped back to us at your expense. The seal(s) must not be broken on the unused product(s) and boxes unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition to receive a refund.
If items are not insured properly and get damaged or lost when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

Question: How to pay?

Answer:

On our site we use paypal, credit cards and eCkecks are accepted.

We also accept Moneybookers payments (www.moneybookers.com), everyone can use this (worldwide).
A real recommendation! Just send us a email with the products you want and we will create a moneybookers invoice for you, which you easily can pay with your local bank account or credit card.
 
European customers can also pay by wire transfer to our bank account (IBAN/SWIFT). Payments to be made in Euro.

Cheques / money orders are not accepted because we can't collect them.

Sending cash by mail is accepted on request and if properly secured
